Coffee is similar to wine, in that each coffee farm produces beans with a very unique, interesting flavor profile. However, these flavors and aromas can only be distinguished if the coffee is not overshadowed by the ‘roast’ flavor during the roasting process.
We believe that only the highest quality coffee and dairy will produce quality beverages. We are committed to using grass-fed, organic dairy, produced by local, family owned and operated farms.
